Lumbering thru my email backlog here - all the OAGIS stuff is
freely available from their website:

http://www.openapplications.org

They do ask for your contact information - but that's mainly
just to track who is downloading - overall stat's .

The V8 ZIP is large - 8 Megs - but its extremely well organized
with an index.html as the front-door.
