Joe,

I was leaving it as an exercise to the reader - to see how we 
solved that one in CRI - notice that the RIM already does a 
chunk of what you want - so "hint" no need to add metadata into
the CRI for items covered in the RIM ; -)

The old CRI can probably be viewed as a super-set,
so the task is to filter down to a purposed set - that will
make Registry do this quick and exactly purposed - no fluff!
