I should have made it clear. There is no such thing as a CCTS BIM AFAIK. 
I use the term BIM to distinguish IMs that are not ebRIM but specific to 
a Business Domain. The suggestion I was making is that CCTS define a 
CCTS BIM and then map it to ebRIM.
