It is pointing to the Documents page on the public OASIS ebXML Registry TC Home Page.  The Documents are listed at the top of the list of documents, in their correct and agreed upon location.  This gives visibility to our TC as well as visibility to the documents themselves.  Hopefully someone will see this, and want to join our TC as well and help with current and future work!

Thanks for getting the PR out and thanks to all who helped.

One small but important point is that the PR is giving link to a 
location other than the official location we agreed on:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/regrep/documents/2.5/

It appears that there are two copies of the specs. This can be a serious 
cause for errors and confusion downstream. Can we please fix all PR to 
refer to:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/regrep/documents/2.5/

as location for 2.5 specs and remove any copies of the spec docs?
