Am I correct to assume then, that BCM will never produce a normative 
spec. Instead they will produce reccomendations and establish processes 
(not to be confused with BP) for automating B2B. To use an analogy is 
BCM like MBA while ebXML Registry is like an MSCS. Apologies in advance 
for the silly analogy but all I am trying to do is to understand the 
concept behind BCM. Thanks.
