John,

I sense the hand of IBM and Microsoft here - and that this
is somehow tied into UDDI services only...its going to be
interesting to see when the rest of the W3C wakes up to
what is going on down in the RDF WG and the implications
thereof.

If I'm right - see my previous e-mail on odds of W3C also
noting that OASIS ebXML Registry system offers
equivalent functionality.

But then getting the new RDF specification to Recommendation
Status is probably 2 years out and counting - with this kinda
baggage attached to it...
