The document VersionControlProposal-03.doc has been submitted by Farrukh Najmi (Farrukh.najmi@sun.com) to the OASIS ebXML Registry TC document repository.

Document Description:
Version 0.3 of the Version Control proposal. It is a result of Nikola and I working through previous version and addressing issues. The biggest changes are:

1. We now have move to a new VersionInfo RIM class and use fewer Slots.

2. Addressed many open issues.

The document is written to show exactly how it will fit into the existing RS spec.
