Meeting details and Draft agenda for ebXML Registry TC face-to-face

Our face-to-face meeting is coming up soon!  I am really looking forward
to seeing all of you there!

Details regarding our face-to-face meeting: 
We will be meeting Wednesday from 8:00-5:00 and Thursday from
8:00-12:00.  The location for both days will be the Balcony M room.
This information will also be printed in the materials handed out to
Symposium attendees.

We will have a projector (thank you to Boeing!) and a screen in the
room.  There will NOT be an internet connection in the room.  The hotel
was unable to accommodate this.  So, please be sure to download to your
laptop any material that you would like to share (or print if that is
your preference).  Those who were planning to do demos - will it be
possible for you to do so without a network connection?

Since we will have quorum at the face-to-face this will be an official
meeting.  We will need a minute taker for the meeting.  It may be
easiest if we split the day and a half up into 3 parts and have several
minute takers.  Other ideas, and any volunteers! (I will take one shift
if we decide to do this).

We may change the order of some of these items, or we may defer some
items if it looks like we are going to run short on time.  If you have a
proposal or other material to present, please remember to download it to
your laptop, as there will not be a network connection in the room!  We
should be able to hook the projector up to any of the laptops.

Please send any additional items for the agenda, and I will incorporate
them.
