In case people are having trouble findingthe latest 2.6 specs here are 
the URLs:

Please review them both thoroughly in advance of our TC meeting next week.
Please engage in discusssions on the specs via email so we can make progress
prior to the meetings. We can then focus only on major issues during the 
meeting.
