I was just waiting for the semnatic ball to land ..

Given that the primary reason for the SCM  hiatus was to await a firm
foundation of the Version 3 specification ...

Later on this week I plan to issue a draft outline of  target deliverables
and dates for 2005 SCM activities. ...
