In preparation for our telecon call on Thursday, Feb. 3rd at 8:00 am PT,
please review the 3.0 draft 02 specs recently uploaded (see attachment).
We will be discussing this at our telecon on Thursday and determine if
we are ready to put it out for TC approval vote.  Please send in any
comments to the list, including section and line numbers to make it
easier to identify the area of concern.

available)
sql: Contains SQL schema
