Ballots close tomorrow Feb. 10th - special telecon

The ballots will close at 8:00 am PT.  During our last telecon call, it
was proposed that we have a conf call after the ballots close to do a
voice vote on whether or not we want to approve the specs for the 30 day
public review, the next step in moving them through the standards
process.

I have set up a telecon for tomorrow morning, Thursday Feb. 10th at 8:00
am PT.  Please make every effort to attend, as we will be looking at the
results of the ballots and doing a voice vote for the 30 day public
review (assuming the ballots were approved :-) ).  The results of the
ballots should be visible at 8:00.  If you are unable to attend the
telecon, please let me know ASAP!
