Groups - Special telecon meeting added

This is a special telecon meeting called to conduct voice votes for
reapproval of the ebXML RIM and ebXML RS documents following the 30 day
public review and resolution of comments. We will also conduct a vote on
submitting to OASIS for the standards approval process (assuming
affirmative votes on the specs).  Please make every effort to attend, as we
need 3/4 voting membership for the reapproval vote.
