Also:

* DAML-S has been pretty much superseded by OWL-S
   <http://www.daml.org/services/owl-s/1.1/>

* update Figure 1 (Service now extends ReistryObject, not RegistryEntry)

* add table of namespace bindings to section 3 (around Line 101); then
   use these nominal prefixes in examples (e.g. 3.1.2, 3.2.2).

* schema fragments in 3.1.1 need to be updated

* general editorial comment: recommend placing all section preambles
   within subsections, rather than free-floating blocks (a common title
   might be "Overview", "Purpose", "Summary", etc.)
