Farrukh, I think you need specifics. ""Federated, Secure Information Management" is just too fuzzy. Heck WebDav fits your definition above - as does Apache folders. People need to know that ebXML Registry can deliver business value - and where that is positioned. The 4 key functions I gave bring focus - and now I'd add to this the new functionality that NIST have brought to the table with the XDS server, to give us 5 go-to functions.
