Subject: [members] OASIS Symposium - Hotel Update

The OASIS Symposium is just a few weeks away (24-29 April), and we're
looking forward to seeing all OASIS members in New Orleans.

As the deadline to reserve rooms under the OASIS conference rate has
passed, the Marriott has opened our room block to the general public.
With the popularity of the concurrent Jazz Fest, space is becoming
extremely tight. The Marriott reports they have already sold out for
weekend nights before and after the Symposium, and the hotel predicts
they will soon sell out during our event as well. If you have not
already done so, please reserve your room today.

If you find you are unable to book a room at the Marriott, there are
several other hotels nearby that currently have vacancies, although it
is highly likely they will also fill up very soon.
