Fixed version of specs in PDF format

Found the magic fix. The trick seems to be to save the ".sxw" file (OO 
1.x format) to ".odp" format (OO 2.x format).
Then open the odp file using OO 1.9+ and do "Export As PDF".

Kathryn, the fixed pdf files are at temp location:
