Hi!

The CEN/ISSS workshop on Administrative Nomenclature (ADNOM) has
published a first draft CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA, in essence an
informal specification by the European standards body CEN) for public
review on
ftp://ftp.cenorm.be/PUBLIC/CWAs/draft/ADNOM_draft_cwa_public_comment.pdf

This draft CWA uses the ebXML Registry Specification 3.0 as the backbone
of its technical infrastructure (cf. especially section 9 of the
document) and Omar for its prototypical implementation.

Your comments on the draft are highly appreciated. Please direct themto
Hċvard Hjulstad (hhj@standard.no), Workshop's secretary, though I can
