I was checking our ebXML Registry TC calendar, and realized this morning
that we have a regular TC meeting scheduled for tomorrow December 7th at
8:00am Pacific Time (NOT Dec. 14th!).

So, here is a meeting reminder and draft agenda for our ebXML Registry
TC meeting Thursday, December 7th, at 8:00am PT.  Please send any
additional agenda items. Please review the minutes prior to the meeting
- there are several discussion items covered very well in the minutes
that will assist with our discussions on Thursday.

Draft Agenda:
1. Approval of minutes from November 16th meeting

3. ebXML Registry Profile for Web Ontology status

4. IPR Transition process
(http://www.oasis-open.org/who/ipr/ipr_transition_policy.php). Please
review carefully section 3. We are at step 3 and can now conduct a vote
to submit a transition request.  This means we need to specify one of
the IPR modes under the new IPR policy as the one under which we wish to
operate. After this vote, we submit the request to the TC Administrator
for the Transition Approval Ballot, which OASIS must conduct.  At our
last meeting it appeared that Royalty-free on Limited Terms might be our
preferred mode. Our agenda item this meeting is to see if we have
consensus on the mode so that we can request the IPR Transition ballot
from OASIS.

5. Status on submitting ebXML Registry v3.0 standards to ISO.

6. Development of Errata, white paper (supporting material) for
submission to ISO with version 3.0 

7. User Guide for profiles status 

8. Proposed outline for OGC discussion
