RE: [regrep] regrep 1/24/2007: Question on RS Section 3.1Errata(PublicComment)

Since we have determined this is a copy/paste correction, shall I add it
at the end of the RS Errata document, rather than create a 3rd errata
document? (not sure how to handle, since it is a file, not a
document...)  Thoughts?
