To OASIS TC Members:

On Wednesday, 14 March, the OASIS IT team will roll out an upgraded
version of MoinMoin, the software used for our TC Wikis. As part of this
upgrade, OASIS members will now be able to login to the TC Wiki using
their Kavi login credentials. If you are a member or voting member of a
TC, and you have already provided your username/password, you will be
allowed to create and edit pages without being challenged for your login
information at posting time. MoinMoin will also now be able to identify
who made changes based on your Kavi login, a highly-desired feature that
we were unable to provide with the previous implementation.

The table below shows a list of current and new features, and when each
of those features is available to the user.

While significant internal testing was done, we ask that you review any
content related to your technical committee that is hosted on
wiki.oasis-open.org. Please note any problems, anomalies, or unexpected
behaviors and send them to tc-admin@oasis-open.org.

During the cut over the wikis will be unavailable; this shouldn't last
for more than 15-30 minutes.

As a reminder, OASIS provides a wiki for TCs upon request. The index of
TC wikis can be found at:
