regrep4 planning

Hi Kathryn,

I would like to propose that we start focusing our meetings to regrep 4 
planning.
Here is a suggested tactics.

    * Discussion on scope of regrep 4
    * Create a wiki page has been started at to capture our thoughts
      (done): <http://wiki.oasis-open.org/regrep/documents/plan/regrep4>
    * Each TC member should add to above page the features or changes we
      should consider for regrep 4. The list items are categorized by
      priority (P1=Must, P2=Want, P3=NiceToHave)
    * During every meeting we review and discuss the list and we also
      discuss individual items via separate email threads

What do you and TC members think? Can we please put a discussion on this 
on tomorrow's agenda?
