    * No minutes were published from last meeting yet
    * Farrukh gave an update on Search WS. Proposed that Search WS
      alignment be out-of-scope for RegRep 4 and that RegRep 4 define
      ATOM 1.0 binding and Open Search 1.1 binding as part of its REST
      interface (as is currently the case)
    * Decision: Deleting non-existent object should not result in server
      throwing exception. Server must return Success response in such
      case. Server may return diagnostics regarding non-existent object 
      within a Success response using existing schema support.
          o Need to look into update semantics for non-existent objects
            in view of table in
            <http://wiki.oasis-open.org/regrep/documents/plan/regrep4/createUpdateSemantics>
            and partial update.
    * Decision: Nikola will make a document itemizing features for
      RegRep 4 as wiki is too dynamic
    * Next meeting in 2 weeks
