OK. Sounds good. During November I propose we rigidly stick to our
meeting schedule with maximum attendance as that is the months for
review edit cycles of the near complete specs. We may even need interim
special meetings on a case by case basis.

I would like to propose that we have a TC approved version by the end of
November. We can improve the specs as many times as needed and
re-approve latest version as Committee Draft. When we are satisfied we
can send it out for public review.

Here is a tentative time line based on OASIS process at:

* First TC Approved Committee Draft: Nov 27th, 2008
* Final TC Approved Committee Draft: January 15, 2009
* Public Review: Feb 2, 2009 - April 6, 2009
* Approval of Committee Specification: April 27, 2009
* Submit for OASIS Standardaziation: May 1, 2009
* Voting period: May 16, 2009 - May 31, 2009
* OASIS Approved Standard: By June 30, 2009
