Dear Colleagues,

Its been 3 days since draft 5 and 9 daus since draft 4 and there has 
been no discussion.

I urge you all to please read both draft 5 specs cover to cover and 
discuss issues
prior to our meeting on October 30. Ideally we should focus on a 
pre-selected list of issues
that are already in JIRA for interactive discussion during the meeting.

Lastly, please make every effort to attend the October 30th meeting. 
Thanks for your help in getting RegRep 4 specs ready for consideration 
for TC approval by our meeting on November 27th, 2008.
