Meeting Notes:
Attendees:
Kathryn, Farrukh, Nikola, David W, Oliver.
Michael Kirkwood joined called as returning member
Farrukh provided a walkthrough of latest V4.0 specification changes and
enhancements to the format and content.
Schema extension object type mechanisms where discussed.
Specific owner attribute has been added.
User registration has been moved from RIM and made an external process
that can therefore support any available user authentication system.
Various fixes and performance upgrades to allow faster and easier
navigation and control were noted.
Issue item 58: review possible use of new CIQ v3 person, address,
organization, contact and role details for personType, etc.
Issue item 59: base classes for role.
Services section items were noted.
Query mechanisms were stepped thru.
Change to extend how subscriptions managed. 
Add connection type prefix to DeliveryType URL e.g. SOAP: - REST: etc.
Issue item 60: reliable delivery for replication.
