Small update -

until the penultimate revision (Public Review Draft?)

* all TC members are urged to review the latest drafts with the aim of approving
a "Committee Draft" at the next meeting

* Richard pointed out the backlog of unresolved issues; suggested triaging in
order of (1) severity and (2) age (oldest first). Outcome: fix now, fix later,
or never fix. All members are invited to propose fixes!

 Number of unresolved issues: 54

* Farrukh reviewed the issues resolved in 4.0cd4
 - 21 issues were resolved:

 - added support for query functions (see ebRS 3.21)
 - David mentioned the new OASIS WS-Calendar TC effort with respect to temporal

* general discussion about XML Schema usage patterns (REGREPTC-120, -121)
 - Oliver to further investigate implications of element substitution for
   implementation
 - Richard suggested not prohibiting element substitution in extension packages
(even if disallowed by a vanilla ebRS implementation)
