Sounds good.  Another Kavi trick to help with this you can see here:

Basically - you are pointing the link to the "Details" part of the documents upload repository - and then using the "Manage/Replace" option to update the content that it points to.

There's actually 2 Rev's in behind this as you can see - and "Details" points to the head link for download.

Hi Kathryn,

The TC web site needs to be maintained regularly and kept up to date.
One recurring issue is that people often have trouble finding our latest
RegRep 4 draft spec bundles.

I would like to volunteer to keep the web site up to date with latest
developments. For that I would like to request full write access to be
able to update the web site.
Can you please request OASIS to enable my account for web site editing
privileges. Thank you for your help.
