Appreciation for Dale Moberg

Dear Colleagues,

I wanted to gratefully acknowledge Dale Moberg of Axway Software for his 
valuable contributions to this version of the spec in the area of BPMN  
and Business Process. Dale has graciously been helping us define the 
governance chapter of the ebRS spec.

Most of us know Dale as a key contributor to ebXML Messaging, CPP/A, 
BPSS and other specs. Now we can add ebXML RegRep to that list as well :-)
