Hi Denise,

Thank you for the update. I defer to my OASIS colleagues on your 
questions regarding liaison model as they have more experience in this.

Personally, I think either model could work. The single liaison has the 
advantage that the buck stops there but then you also have a single 
point of failure. The distributed model scales better and is more 
fault-tolerant.
