I understand (and accept the assumption). I also assume that if someone
is mixing two datatypeNamespaces, it's probably unlikely that the two
namespaces overlap.
On balance, I guess I'm convinced. Allowing users with no interest in
namespaces to completely avoid QNames is a nice feature.
