I see.


Several concerns:

- sometimes, DTD is a part of the test. For example, to make sure that
  the ENTITY type is correctly implemented, a test case must have its
  own unique DTD.

- sometimes, a grammar wants to include other grammars. They sometimes
  form a circular reference.

- namespace interference. Each test case needs a precise control of the
  prefix - URI binding.  But this looks tractable.
