Sourceforge project created

Hello all.
I forgot to mention before I leaved to vegas (for the XML/Distributed apps
track of conference) that the sourceforge project was created and approved.
I will populate the description and homepage shortly and send the
information so you can look at it before tomorrow's meeting.
