Regrets for today, and I agree with everything mentioned here:
1. allow \x{N} everywhere
2. concatenate strings (resolve conflicts in favor of concatenation),
abolish doubled quotation mark convention
3. allow newlines in strings
4. div { ... }
5. ## generates a:documentation, no special hack for top-level
6. no encoding declarations (RNC is defined as sequence of characters)
