I want to annotate choice for controlling Relaxer, which generates 
Java classes from RELAX NG schemas.  For each choice element, Relaxer 
generates a Java interface.  I would like to specify the base interface 
of such generated interfaces.  Use of <div> is clearly unacceptable.
