Fred O'Neal back online for RCXML TC at last...

Ram (and TC members....)...

I have been offline for almost 3 months since I lost my hard disc and 
all my records...

Now I am back online and we should pick up our activity as soon as we can...

I am recommending a phone meeting next week, Tues night March 14, at 
10PM Pacific Standard Time (Seattle), which would be Wednesday March 
15 afternoon 3PM Seoul time, and Wed morning 7 AM for a lot of 
Europe...let me know if this will not work for any of you

In the meantime I have received some inquiries from Korean power 
agencies about whether it would be appropriate to extend RCXML to 
cover the definition of control protocols for electric power grids 
and their equipment...

I will be spending the next week plowing through the over 900 e-mail 
messages that have piled up since I was last able to get 
online....most, alas, seem to be spam so hopefully I will not be 
deleting any messages from any of you while cleaning house...

One artifact of the backlog seems to be that I cannot send mail from 
my acogito.com mail service, so I am using my personal e-mail to send 
this...
