Yes, "clarification." The point remains that OASIS TC Guidelines require 
that "the results [of a clarification vote] must be minuted and posted 
to the TC mail list and web page, and communicated to the TC
Administrator who will make an announcement to the members of OASIS."

As far as we can tell, none of these steps have been taken.

While the underlying requirement submissions exist, the cross-references 
to the Samuelson Clinic's requirements were expunged. In other words, 
the Clinic's requirements cannot formally be considered to be part of 
the requirements base from which the higher level requirements -- THE 
RLTC Requirements -- were abstracted.
