This is an extremely interesting development, and reinforces my desire to have a careful discussion about the implications of these patents on the implementability of the specs we're developing.
Does Sony/Phillips intend to make a disclosure to OASIS about intellectual property? If so, would they please do so BEFORE the specification is completed?
