Hello All:
A correction to the minutes (in addition to Bob's previous
corrections)...the Requirements SC did meet twice as scheduled. There
were not enough participants at either meeting. The meetings were then
adjourned.

As Hari was not present, Hal Lockhart took the role of acting chair.

Minutes from the January 7, 2004 meeting were approved unanimously.

Two new prospective members, William French and Parker Thompson
introduced themselves.

The Requirements Subcommittee has not met since the last Gneral Body
meeting, so there was nothing to report.
