Is there a reason that you or Stavros, as co-chairs, cannot initiate a ballot any time you want to? It seems redundant to make a motion and vote for a ballot and vote… J
Unfortunately, I have a conflict at this time, but for what it is worth, I vote YES to any motion for a ballot to make your current WD Primer a CND candidate. Similarly, you have my vote of YES for any motion to initiate a ballot to make that CND a CNDPRD.
