        Hi Folks,

I have been in contact with the team members who are preparing papers for the meeting and while it looks like some progress has been made the proposed documents will not be in a complete enough state for us to circulate and review or discuss for this week's meeting. As everyone has fairly busy schedules then it is probably best that we cancel this week's meeting and give everyone an opportunity to catch up on something else in your must do lists.
