During the setup we can use the literature tables for this. During the demo,
I'm not sure whether providing people a sit-and-talk area is good or bad -
we make people feel welcome, but we also make it easier for them to just
come for the free food and ignore the demo.

Presumably the marketing folk are working on food/drink for during the demo
on Monday evening. Do we want to arrange for coffee, breakfast and lunch
while we're working on Saturday and Sunday, or will we just assume that
everyone will go out for food breaks during the day?
