Subject: Re: [saml-dev] any interest in another SAML InterOp - this time f oraEuropean a udience?
Hal and Rob,
I had this same discussion this morning with Phil Schacter from Burton. He is going to think about it and get back to us (directly or through Jim). Sun is interested in both and similar to Entegrity would attend if there was critical mass regardless. The idea of demonstrating new aspects is interesting, but the work to do it will be similar to what we did the first time. Calculating ROI is still a crap shoot. I'll be curious to see what the rest of you decide. Will we open up the participation again? Demonstrating a new aspect of SAML would be another matter. This is essentially Entegrity Solutions current position, although I suppose if the other 11 vendors were going we might rethink it. ;-)Hal |
