According to Web Service spec
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/REC-soap12-part1-20030624/#soapbody), you could
have more than one child under SOAP Body.

Is it the WSI basic profile I'm thinking of? I could swear something said
only one child element per body and it came up somewhere recently.
