Does this data depend on the user or the SP?  If it is user data, it
could be included as an attribute, I guess.

Is Browser/Artifact a requirement of your deployment, or are you
asking about the possibility of Browser/POST?  I don't think a 1K
attribute is a deal breaker for POST, but YMMV.
