Folks,

There is an updated Test Assertions
document:

I have tried to derive some test assertions
relating to "compatible interfaces" "superset interface"
"subset interface", which are related
to Chapter 6 of the spec.  I have
then used these assertions to simplify the assertions relating to Chapter
8 that were discussed on the
call yesterday, which effectively were
listing out all the conditions that apply to interface compatibility (etc).
 I hope that you will find
the new layout simpler and easier to
understand.
