Here is a detailed proposal for the
resolution of Issue 90:
Add the following after line 1251:
Note that where the composite has <include/>
elements, the <component name>/<service name> in the promote
attribute
applies to the composite and its contents
after all processing of include elements is complete.
Add the following after line 1359:
Note that where the composite has <include/>
elements, the <component name>/<reference name> in the promote
attribute
applies to the composite and its contents
after all processing of include elements is complete.
