Here is a proposal to RESOLVE Issue
90:
The value of the @promote attribute
for composite services and for composite references always takes the
form component_name/service_name and
component_name/reference_name respectively - and that the
targets identified by the @promote attribute
are the contents of the composite after all <include/> processing
is complete.
This implies that a @promote attribute
can refer to a target which is present in a different composite, where
the original composite and the target
composite are combined through include processing.
The following shows the detailed changes
to the text to reflect this. All changes are in sections 6.1 and
6.2
which discuss the @promote attribute:
