One bug I found was this:
Line 3661 was changed to reported but shouldn't have been.
Suggestions on the new Chap 13.
Lines 4089-4092: I think we should simply and just say:
The SCA runtime SHOULD report the error to the process that is performing the deployment (eg write a message to an interactive console or write a message to a log file).
Lines 4096-4097: Delete the last sentence.
Line 4110-4113: Reword
When and error is detected at runtime, a fault MUST be reported to the component that caused the error to occur, eg if a component invokes an operation on a reference, but the target service is unavailable, a "ServiceUnavailable" fault is reported to the component.
