I've taken the liberty of doing the following:

a) CD02-rev8 has been updated to include the fix Martin suggested below. On the title page I added "+ nsfix" so that you know you have the latest. That doc is here:

b) Regenerated the pdf for cd02-rev8 so that the links work, etc. That doc is here:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/31564/sca-assembly-1.1-spec-cd02-Rev8.pdf

c) Updated CD03 with same change as (a) and accepted the change. That doc is here:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/31566/sca-assembly-1.1-spec-cd03.doc

d) Regenerated the pdf for cd03 so that the links work, etc, That doc is here:
